We bieden vier lesvormen.
1. Actief (ashtanga)
2. Gemiddeld actief (Hatha)
3. Zeer rustig (Yin)
4. Extreem ontspannend ( Nidra)
Met een abonnement of rittenkaart heb je altijd toegang tot allevier de lesvormen. Dus je hoeft niet te kiezen.
1. Actieve (stilte) Yoga
Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga yoga beoefen je in stilte. Als beginner krijg je intensieve één op één begeleiding van de docente om een vaste reeks aan te leren. Deze voer je dan zelfstandig uit onder toeziend oog van je leraar. Persoonlijker dan dit kan haast niet.
Lichamelijk gezien ontwikkel je meer conditie, lenigheid en kracht dan andere yogavormen. Je bent dynamisch aan het bewegen en tegelijkertijd heeft deze practice een rustgevende werking op geestelijk vlak.
Individueel dus, maar wel in de fijne energie van de groep en de begeleidende docent. Een pittige flow die je uiteindelijk zonder erbij na te denken uitvoert zodat het een meditatie in beweging wordt.

3. Zeer rustig
Yin yoga
In deze les is ontspanning het allerbelangrijkste. De houdingen worden langer aangehouden en er is geen tempo. Alleen loslaten en traagheid. Yin yoga is een uitstekende manier om te ont-doen, te herstellen en te ontspannen. In alle rust krijg je de gelegenheid om volledig tot jezelf te komen. De houdingen zijn liggend of zittend op een yogamat. Je gewrichten worden mobieler en soepeler. Er ontstaat ruimte in je lijf door het zachter maken van het bindweefsel. Een yin yoga les duurt 5 kwartier.

3. Extreem ontspannend
Yoga Nidra
Heling en herstel
Yoga Nidra, ook wel bekend als "yogische slaap," is een diepe ontspanningsoefening die gericht is op het bereiken van volledige fysieke, mentale en emotionele ontspanning. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door een liggende geleide meditatie waarbij de docente jou stap voor stap door een proces leidt om het lichaam te ontspannen en de geest te kalmeren.
Tijdens Yoga Nidra wordt het lichaam geleidelijk aan diep ontspannen, wat helpt bij het loslaten van fysieke spanning en stress. Onderdrukte emoties of spanningen kunnen worden verwerkt en losgelaten.
Yoga Nidra is heel toegankelijk; we doen eerst wat rustige oefeningen en daarna gaan we liggen. We sluiten af met een kopje kruidenthee :-).
